Holding a Diploma in Animal Production from Uyole – Mbeya and a specialized certification in Milk Production and Processing from Oenkerk, Netherlands, Mr. Mutabazi exemplifies dedication to mastering the intricacies of his field. Prior to his pivotal role at Bukoba Dairy, he served as a distinguished Veterinary Officer in Missenyi district, further amplifying his holistic understanding of the dairy landscape.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine from Makerere University, his journey is characterized by a steadfast commitment to excellence. Dr. Boniphace’s extensive exposure to milk processing, garnered from esteemed institutions such as Makerere University Milk Processing Plant and an internship at Prime Dairies in Kiruhura district, Uganda, underscores his comprehensive grasp of industry dynamics.
